Brendon Chanse Brown

Brendon Chanse Brown, 23 of Sulphur passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.  He was born in Lake Charles on September 7, 1998.

Brendon was a fun-loving young man with a fighting spirit.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He loved playing video games and listening to rap music.  He liked joking around and was a “gentle giant”.

Brendon was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David LaRocca; his paternal grandfather, Glenn Brown; 2 uncles, Timothy Brown, and Danny LaRocca; and his great grandparents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Angel Lee, and husband Jeff; his father, Jeffery Brown; one brother, Tylor Brown; one sister, Maddison Lee; his maternal grandmother, Darlene LaRocca; his paternal grandmother, Kathy Gillespie; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Brendon’s life will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home, 3448 5^th Ave. Lake Charles.  Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM.
