Carmen Carrizoza Benoit, 91 of Cameron died on Friday, February 3, 2023. She was born on April 6, 1931, in Mexico.

She lived most of her life in Cameron, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Benoit and one grandson, Dakota Singleton.

Carmen is survived by her son, George Benoit and wife Lisa; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

Her graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Cemetery in Cameron under the direction of Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home.
