Frances Ann Propst

Frances Ann Propst was the second of three children born to the late William Franklin and Lenore Frances Holliman. She was born July 15, 1955 in Beaumont, TX. 

To know Frances was to love her, she was flighty, eclectic, and to many their care giver. She loved going to Renaissance fairs, spoiling her cats, and collecting Tiffanie lamps, and studying theology. She loved going to the beach, walking along the water, enjoying its tranquility. 

She was an LPN for over forty years and was employed at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. Although she was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis, she did not allow it to deter her from caring for others. 

She was welcomed into Heaven on Friday, June 23, 2023 by husband of twenty two years, Charles Edward Propst; her parents and brother, William Bruce Holliman.

Those left to cherish her memory; daughter, Jessica Daugherty; sister, Erin (Lee) Dixon, niece Theresia Dixon; nephew, James Dixon, Great niece Emma Dixon; and nephew William Holliman. 

In keeping with her wishes, she will have no services and will be laid to rest next to her husband in Arapahoe Cemetery in Nebraska.
