Keith John Gaspard, known to many as just "Keith," passed away on August 10, 2024, with his beloved daughter at his side. Born on June 10, 1959, in Lake Charles, LA, to the late Raymond Gaspard and Virginia Price.
Keith was a man of many talents and passions throughout his life. Though he attended Lake Charles High School, he didn't stop there - he became an ASE Certified Master Mechanic and later transitioned into being an electrician in the oil field industry. He always had a way with old classic cars. But his interests didn't stop there - from fishing and hunting to jamming out to classic rock, Keith lived life to the fullest.
Among the most memorable moments were the times he spent with his daughter, Amanda Trahan, and his grandchildren Shelby Gaspard and Tyler Saucier. Keith was especially proud to have recently become a great-grandparent to Adrianna Meaux.
As a drummer in a band with his close friend Randy Carr, Keith brought rhythm and joy to many. His humor, generosity, and compassion touched the lives of all who knew him.
Keith Gaspard may have left this world, but his laughter, kindness, and love will forever echo in the hearts of those he touched. Rest easy, Keith - you will be dearly missed, but your spirit will live on in our hearts.
