Stephen Jay Pfleiger

Stephen Jay Pfleiger passed away February 27, 2023, in Sulphur LA. He was 41 years old.

Stephen was born on April 5, 1981, in Bismarck, ND to Steve and Kathy Pfleiger. He grew up in Sidney, MT. and lived there until he was 15 when his family moved to Sulphur, LA. As a youth Stephen played baseball and hockey. He was a New York Yankee's fan but was crazy about the Pittsburg Penguin's hockey team. One of his most prized possessions was an autographed Mario Lemieux hockey card. The band Nirvana was also a favorite of Stephens. Stephen worked as an industrial painter and later as an auto mechanic.

The two most important people in his life are his daughters Arden and Danika. He loved them with all his heart.

Preceding Stephen in death are his dad, Steve Pfleiger and his grandparents. Left to cherish his memory are his precious daughters Arden and Danika Pfleiger, Durango CO; bothers Justin (Laura), Atlanta, GA; David (Debra) and niece Nadia, Augusta, GA; and mom Kathy and stepdad Mike Veillon, Sulphur, LA.
